More Pictures
It wasn't extremely overcast today and in the afternoon the clouds started to clear up a little so we went outside and took some more photos. It's so much fun and Emerson is a really good sport about it. Here are a couple of photos from our 15 minute photo shoot.

Mustache
Emerson is a big fan of juice. As long as it is orange and has plenty of sugar he's interested. We bought a big container of orange hawian punch for Stephen's reenlistment ceremony that never got opened and Emerson has been doing a very good job at getting rid of it. As a result of the orange drinks Emerson looks like this most days.

New Camera
We ordered a new camera because we are in the process of starting up a photography studio in our garage. The camera got in this past week and I am so excited. On the first day possible I got Emerson dressed up and took him outside to take some pictures. The sun was out but it was still pretty cold so we only stayed outside for acouple of minutes, but I thought that some of the photos turned out pretty good. Now we just need to get the rest of our stuff so that we can start turning the garage into a studio.

Stephen's Reenlistment
We recently made the decision to stay in England for an extra three years. We have enjoyed the time we have spent here thus far and the few travels we have made and with the extra time hope to do a lot better. There is so much history all around us and we know we will definitely not have a better opportunity then we do now to see it all. Stephen's job was also a big deciding factor. Here in England Stephen has a schedule similar to a 9-5er Monday through Friday. It's constant. And that is a rarity in his line of work. So with the decision to stay came the need to reenlist. We did his reenlistment last Wednesday with a few of the friends that he/we have made over the past couple years. It wasn't the most elegant setting (break rooms usually aren't) but it suited our needs. The occasion was simple and made special by those who came to show their support.

Just Like his Grandpas
One of Emerson's Christmas presents was a little work bench with tools and buckets and balls. There are lots of different aspects to it to keep some entertained and Emerson loves to play with it. He must take after his grandpas. Each of them are into some sort or work of hobby that involves playing with tools.

New Years Eve and Day
New Years Eve was a little quiet this year as Stephen was the only one who brought the new year in. Emerson and I weren't feeling the greatest so we both crashed around 9.30. But by the next day we were all feeling great. Emerson and I let Stephen sleep in a little bit and then made him breakfast in bed. It was the least that we could do to show our appreciation for the tidy home that we woke up to. Stephen said there wasn't much to do after Emerson and I went to bed so he cleaned to help keep himself stay awake. With all of us feeling good we spent most of New Years day doing some deep cleaning of the house and our cars. Then in the evening we had a couple friends over for dinner and games. It was a really nice time full of good company and good food.
