In July Stephen took one Friday off of work and we went to an amusement park on our way to the London temple. The weather was a little wet and cold but we all had a good time.
This is one of the rides that Stephen and Isaac went on. I forget what it was called but they said it was pretty fun.
Emerson had fun pretending to drive around the cars while we were waiting for Isaac and Daddy to go on a ride. I think Isaac's expression show that it was pretty intense.
The kiddie rides were a little slim at the park. Emerson was too short to go on the tea cups and when we went to ride the horses on the carousel they made us sit in the boat with the big bear instead. Emerson still enjoyed himself however.
At the end of our day at the park we passed by this game where you had to make as many three pointers as you could in a couple minutes and depending on how could you did you could win a prize. So Stephen gave it a shot and was making baskets like crazy. At the end of his turn he was only a basket or two away from winning an xbox (the grand prize). Though we didn't win the grand prize, daddy came home the hero, with two huge birds for his two little boys. The boys were so thrilled. Glad they have a daddy like Stephen. He's amazing.
